Article 9. Guarantees

The Seller will refund the Customer credit refund to the bank account used by the Customer during the order within 2 to 3 days (variable period depending on the bank), upon recovery of property by Seller or justification by the Customer shipment of such goods, whichever is the earliest of these facts.
The revocation of the Order by the Customer will be taken into account provided that the product for which reimbursement is requested by the Customer to the Seller have been returned to the Seller within that period and under the conditions described in section 9.1 above. Additional shipping costs to the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than a standard delivery will be subject to refund.
9.2. Legal Guarantees
9.2.1 Compliance Guarantee
The Customer also benefits from a legal guarantee enabling him to return to the Seller delivered products defective in accordance with Articles L. 211-4 and following of the Code of French consumption, which stipulates that "the Seller shall deliver goods accordance with the contract and liable for defects of conformity existing upon delivery.
