Article 7:Payment Policy
7.1. Payment currency

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to the Order and Customer payment means can be passed by the Seller to any third party for verification.
The Seller, in collaboration with the bank responsible for managing electronic payments, checks all orders that have been validated on the Site. Thus, any command that has a different delivery address of the Customer billing address may be verified by the Seller. Deadlines of delivery are expressed in working days and vary depending on the destination. Merely exceeding the delivery time does not entitle to any claim of damage and interest.
8.2. Online Shipment Tracking
On confirmation of the Order by the Seller, an order tracking number is communicated to the Customer to enable it to follow the progress of the delivery of his order. Customer may:

Article 9. Guarantees

9.1. Right and withdrawal period of the Customer

Transportation costs of the return package remain to the Customer.
The Seller will refund the Customer credit refund to the bank account used by the Customer during the order within 2 to 3 days (variable period depending on the bank), upon recovery of property by Seller or justification by the Customer shipment of such goods, whichever is the earliest of these facts.
The revocation of the Order by the Customer will be taken into account provided that the product for which reimbursement is requested by the Customer to the Seller have been returned to the Seller within that period and under the conditions described in section 9.1 above. The Seller will reimburse the customer the full amount paid, including the price of the Products subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, and the amount of shipping of products ordered by the Customer (based a standard delivery), prorated value of the products subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Additional shipping costs to the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than a standard delivery will be subject to refund.
9.2. Legal Guarantees
9.2.1 Compliance Guarantee
The Customer also benefits from a legal guarantee enabling him to return to the Seller delivered products defective in accordance with Articles L. 211-4 and following of the Code of French consumption, which stipulates that "the Seller shall deliver goods accordance with the contract and liable for defects of conformity existing upon delivery. 9.3. Conditions of returned products to the Seller

Upon receipt of the return package, the Seller will monitor compliance of the product returned and the reason for return. If the returned product does not justify an exchange or refund, the return will be refused by the Seller and the product will be available to the client in warehouses of the Seller, or will be shipped to Customer, at his request and expense in the three months following the receipt by the Seller of the product returned by the Customer.
Subject to applicable legal guarantees, failing to respect the terms of this Article, the Customer may not make any claim for apparent defects of products that were delivered by the Seller, the products then being deemed exempt from defect.
Exchanges by the Customer must be made within 14 days of receiving the order and under the conditions described in section 9.1and 9.2 above.
